It’s a headache you don’t need.
The beauty of a pre-built curved module
Let’s be honest—almost nothing in a modern factory is a straight line. Whether you’re blowing PET bottles or curing automotive parts, you need the heat to follow the curve of the product. Instead of handing you a bunch of raw lamps and wishing you luck, we build the whole thing. We figure out the wattage you need for your specific footprint and mount everything into a pre-bent chassis. It’s a drop-in replacement. You don’t have to stress over the bend radius or worry if you’re putting too much tension on the leads. You just slide it in.
A quick heads-up on heat density
Now, there is one catch. When you move to a turnkey module, you’re packing a lot of power into a small space. It makes your cycle times way faster, but it puts a lot more pressure on your cooling fans. If you cram too many high-wattage tubes into a tight curve without enough air, the temperature around your wiring will spike. It’s a fast track to component failure. Just make sure your airflow can keep up with the total output. We’ll handle the messy assembly work. You just wire it up and get back to making things.
