It’s a direct-radiant powerhouse, made for industrial work where you need to warm up on a dime and keep a tight grip on the temperature. It runs on three-phase power, and that’s the whole point. It spreads the load evenly, so your control panel wiring stays simple and your contactors stay cool. No more hot, stressed-out components. Just solid, reliable performance.
What’s Under the Hood
Here’s the thing about the 400V three-phase rating. It gives you serious wattage without overloading any single leg. That means you can use sensible wire sizes and still get the power where it needs to go without losing it to voltage drop. And it’s surprisingly compact—about 300mm long. So it slips into tight spots in your machine bay, but don’t let the size fool you. It still packs the punch you need to drive heat right to the target.
The Build
Inside, a halogen element sits inside a tough quartz tube. This combo handles rapid heating and cooling cycles without breaking a sweat, so the output stays consistent. The tube is also coated to reflect energy forward, which means you get a tight, high-density beam of heat where you want it, not wasted energy spilling to the sides. And for connecting it up, we use an R7s industrial connector. It’s a no-brainer to wire, locks in tight, and is built to handle maintenance after maintenance.
Where It Shines
This heater is your go-to for jobs that demand focused, rapid heat. Think plastic processing, sealing, curing, or preheating stations. The three-phase design is a real load-saver, taking the strain off your electrical components. But there’s one thing to keep in mind. Because the heat is so concentrated, you need to plan for proper cooling and clearance. Make sure your machine’s airflow and mounting distance match the wattage density, or you risk cooking nearby parts.
