It’s a 2500W unit running on 400V, and that power isn’t just for show. It delivers the heat density needed to set nanocoatings fast—without turning the whole piece of glass into a hot plate.&#xA;The tube is 300mm long, which gives you a tight, clean heating zone. So you can match the cure line to the etch pattern and keep your footprint small on the line.&#xA;And the power level? It’s not overkill. It’s intentionally sized to ramp up fast—seconds, not minutes—so the coating crosslinks before it has a chance to sag or shift.
