You need the heat to be perfectly even across the whole sheet. But once you cross that 3-meter mark, standard off-the-shelf infrared lamps just stop working. They can&amp;rsquo;t handle the scale.&#xA;That’s why we build custom, continuous IR units. We&amp;rsquo;re basically hunting down and killing those annoying cold spots in your baking tunnels.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The struggle with 3+ meters&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;You might think scaling up is as simple as making the tube longer. It&amp;rsquo;s not.&#xA;When a quartz tube gets that long and gets hot, it starts to sag under its own weight. It bows. To stop that from happening, we do the math on exactly where the supports need to go and use reinforced quartz glass. It stays straight, and it stays safe.&#xA;Then there&amp;rsquo;s the power issue.&#xA;If you aren&amp;rsquo;t careful with the voltage and current, you get a &amp;ldquo;voltage drop.&amp;rdquo; This means the center of the lamp is screaming hot while the ends are just lukewarm. That leads to &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;uneven&lt;/a&gt; annealing, and in the Low-E world, that means defects. No one wants that.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Picking the right materials&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz envelopes &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;because&lt;/a&gt; they let the IR energy through without fighting it.&#xA;&lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;Depending&lt;/a&gt; on how fast you need to move, we can tweak the wavelength. Short-wave lamps are great if you need a fast ramp-up. If you&amp;rsquo;re dealing with thicker glass, we go with medium-wave for deeper penetration.&#xA;One heads-up: these things pull a massive amount of current. You can&amp;rsquo;t just plug them into a wall. We build the wiring and connectors to take the heat so you don&amp;rsquo;t end up with melted terminals.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Fitting it all in&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We design these to be drop-in replacements. We match the footprint of your current racking so you aren&amp;rsquo;t spending weeks on installation. It just fits.&#xA;But keep this in mind: pumping that much heat into a 3-meter zone creates a lot of ambient warmth inside the oven chassis.&#xA;Check your exhaust and cooling fans. If they aren&amp;rsquo;t up to the task, you&amp;rsquo;ll end up cooking your own control electronics. It&amp;rsquo;s a simple fix, but it&amp;rsquo;s a mistake you don&amp;rsquo;t want to make.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
